What happens next
Send your preferred service, date and time. Our studio checks availability for one stylist and agrees the final price with you. We then send a secure Shopify invoice for a 20% booking payment, with the remaining 80% payable as agreed with the studio. Your appointment is confirmed after the studio accepts your request and receives payment.

- Changes to your appointment
- Contact the studio at least 2 hours before your appointment to request a cancellation or reschedule. The studio will confirm any payment adjustment before processing it.
